The Engineering and Operations Department maintains and enhances the quality of life for people who live and work in our community through the provision of sustainable municipal services, including transportation, sanitary sewers, drainage systems, water supply, flood control dykes and garbage collection, plus environmental programs such as recycling, composting, watercourse stewardship and energy conservation.
